Release your Inhibition
Join us for an afternoon of release. Together we will go on a journey by letting go of our mental and emotional clutter, and finding our way back into the present moment. Shakayra from @mixedgirlmeetup will be your host and guide. Tina from @remembertorest will set the tone by playing her signature singing bowls at the frequency of releasing blockages, burdens and limitations. A mix of somatic practices and journaling will help you feel lighter on your feet.

Sound Bath
A meditative experience where you are immersed in sound waves produced by crystal singing bowls. These sounds are designed to induce a deep state of relaxation and mental clarity. The vibrations from the instruments resonate through the body, helping to reduce your stress, calm your nervous system, and promote a sense of inner peace. As the sounds wash over you, softly guiding the mind and body into a state of harmony and balance.
Somatic Healing
Somatic healing is a therapeutic approach that focuses on the body’s role in the healing process, particularly in relation to trauma and emotional stress. It recognizes that the body holds onto experiences and memories, often resulting in physical tension, pain, or discomfort. Somatic healing techniques involve practices like body awareness, movement, and breathwork to release stored trauma and restore the body-mind connection. By addressing your physical sensations and energy within your body, somatic healing aims to alleviate emotional distress, and foster a sense of grounding and safety.
Journaling
Journaling is a reflective practice that involves writing down thoughts, feelings, and experiences to process your emotions and gain insights into your inner world.
